Overnight Tours:Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will be applied as follows for all tours EXCEPT FOR BROADWAY AND RADIO CITY SHOWS:

If you cancel:	You will be refunded:
Up to 30 days prior	100% - less a $5 per person handling charge
29-14 days prior	50% - less a $5 per person handling charge

All tours are non-refundable if cancelled within 13 days of tour departure. Refunds will be made to the credit card number used at the time the reservation was made.

BROADWAY SHOWS AND RADIO CITY TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE YOU SIGN UP.

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN A TOUR, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT 1-800-247-5457. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A REPLACEMENT. HOWEVER, IF WE HAVE A WAITING LIST FOR THAT TOUR AND WE CAN FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR YOUR RESERVATION, YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS A $5.00 PER PERSON HANDLING CHARGE.

Liability Clause: Getaway Tours, Inc. acts only as an agent for the passengers with respect to transportation companies, tour operators, restaurants, wholesalers and others providing services in connection with these tours. Getaway Tours, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, negligent act, error or omission by Getaway Tours, Inc. or any of its suppliers. No responsibility is accepted by Getaway Tours, Inc. its agents or its suppliers, in full or in part, for lost, damaged or stolen items.
